ENGINEERING SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Job Description
Tier I - II Engineering Support Specialist in an active Call Center for a leading distributor of telecommunications equipment, including VOIP phone systems, unified messaging and data networks. Duties include assisting customers with programming changes and troubleshooting/escalating complex problems, creating tickets, and tracking to resolution.
Required Experience
- 1+ years in a Call Center environment
- 1 + years supporting Cisco voice and messaging platforms
Preferred Experience
- Avaya certifications and experience a plus
Required Skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Microsoft and Cisco Certifications
Required Certification
- CCNA or CCDA
Preferred Certification
- MCSA or MCSE
- CCVP or CCNP
