SYSTEMS ENGINEER
Required Experience
- 2 + years in support of Microsoft XP, Microsoft Office 2003, Workstation, other line of business Applications, and VPN
- 1 + years in a Help Desk/Call Center environment.
- Hardware support for standard business equipment (PC, PDA's, VoIP, A/V, and other office equipment)
Preferred Experience
- 3 + years in support of Cisco and or Avaya Voice products and messaging platforms.
- 1 + years supporting Microsoft based networks.
- 3 + years Telecommunications.
Required Skills
- Ability to proactively and efficiently learn new products.
- Work effectively alone and as a member of a team to resolve complex issues.
- Ability to maintain focus on multiple issues concurrently.
- Ability to research, recognize and resolve technical issues.
- Interact well with various types of customer personalities/skill levels.
- Excellent documentation for problem analysis and resolution.
Required Certification
- MCP
- CCNA or CCDA
- CompTIA A+ (or equivalent experience)
- Hardware support for standard business equipment (PC, PDA's, VoIP, A/V, and other office equipment)
Preferred Certification
- MCSA or MCSE
- CCVP/CCNP
